Have you ever thought of the reasons why you need that little stress in your life?? I know most of us haven’t because of the many negative impacts that come along with stress.

In small percentages,stress has more advantages that you might have thought. If we perceive it to be perceive it to be negative, that’s when it can be harmful. With stress you can be more open to learning inturn acquiring new skills that will come in handy when facing the challenges that come our way.

Stressors such as pressure at work demands better stress response and this will eventually lead to higher levels of performance. Moreover, stress of lower pay at work for example can can really motivate to you to working hard in order to get a pay rise or promoted to a higher paying position at work. It can also motivate you into getting a side hustle as a supplement to what you do.

Motivates you to reach your goals

Stress can be a very good motivator. Without stress, achieving goals would be a bit hard. We always put all our efforts in in finishing a task when we are pressured. This for example can help students preparing for exams rea widely to avoid failure.

Stress is a part of life that is inevitable and the best way to go about it is by paying close attention to how we respond to it.
